Video gamers, rejoice! Imperium, a bar that caters to e-sports enthusiasts and console video gamers opens up in Metrowalk. A first of its kind.
Me and my brothers passed by the place last Saturday and it looked like video game heaven. Met some of the owners and had the chance to talk about what they offer, plans with the place and stuff like that. Some friends from the Injustice Philippines group dropped by too so you know we had to play... Injustice... for hours.
As a competitive player in fighting games, the place looked like a very dope spot for holding tournaments (aside from the TV lag which can easily be solved). I'm excited. I'm looking forward to what this place can do to the local fighting game community's growth.

PC rental is 60 pesos per hour. For Open Time rentals, a full hour rate will be charged after the first 15 minutes of the succeeding hour.
ex. 1 hour and 10-minute usage will be charged at 60 pesos (one hour)
1 hour and 15-minute usage will be charged at 120 pesos (two hours)
Our rates for the consoles are as follows:
Xbox 360 and PS3 - 100 pesos per hour (maximum of 2 players per console)
Xbox One and PS4 - 120 pesos per hour (maximum of 2 players per console)
We charge a 100-peso consumable door fee. This fee may be used toward the rental of PCs or consoles or for your food and/or beverage order.
We are strict about verifying age by checking the IDs of those who order liquor. Alcohol will absolutely NOT be served to anyone below 18 years of age. Customers aged 16 to 17 are welcome but cannot order alcoholic beverages. Anyone aged 15 and below should be accompanied by an adult to be able to enter.
