COMIC-CON 2013: SUPERMAN AND BATMAN ANNOUNCED

This is not the official poster

Its a happy weekend for comic book fans out there. With Comic-Con currently taking place, the announcements, reveals and updates has been awesome.

Now, who wouldn't be happy to see Superman and Batman be together in a live action film? Arguably the 2 most popular superheroes and YES, it was just announced by Zack Snyder that the two will be seen together in Man of Steel's sequel. The director revealed that the script is still being written and we have to wait til summer of 2015 to watch it.

You want to know what's really exciting about this?

!!!!!
The biggest deal was, Snyder brought out Man of Steel actor Harry Lennix (General Swanwick) to use his cool voice to read the following piece of dialogue:

I want you to remember, Clark…in all the years to come…in your most private moments…I want you to remember…my hand…at your throat…I want…you to remember…the one man who beat you.

Yup. Batman's speech from The Dark Knight Returns. Snyder said the movie won't be an adaptation of this film... but it will be inspired by it.

SHIT JUST GOT REAL.
