With only days left before the screening of probably the most anticipated movie of 2012, The Avengers, Target came up with a very sick ad concept that made use of everyday stuff you buy from their stores and assembled them to become costumes, symbols and weapons from the movie.

Iron Man bust made of Dr. Peppers and pencils, Capt. America's shield of spoons, balls and more Dr. Peppers, Thor's hammer made of Thermos, toasters and YES, more Dr. Peppers. I mean its oozing with awesome so I suggest you hit the jump and see for yourself.

The faces, or should I say the covered faces of Mortal Kombat.

Mortal Kombat 9 celebrates its 1 year anniversary today. I still can remember the excitement and torment of waiting for it to release. I was glued to a lot of video gaming websites, waiting for news and updates about it. Character preview after character preview, as if I wasn't hyped enough from the sole reason that my favorite childhood fighting game is coming back on the PS3.
