I can name a few cats who are "REALLY ILL" at freestyling (impromptu/not writte/off the head rap). Not just rhyming off the top, but actually dropping some good punchlines, making sense, connecting lines and all. For beginners, google some Supernatural freestyle videos. Philippines own some of the MCs who are really good at freestyling too, theres Arkane and Datu just to name a few.
