I feel so tired and weak today. Went home yesterday around 6PM and had to wake up at 10PM for work, I feel like I didn't get enough sleep... but then again I don't really get enough snoozing everyday thus the weakness I'm experiencing today. I could go on and list a lot of reasons why I wont be able to hit the gym today but It all sounded like excuses... lame ones, after I watched this video again (which is one of my favorites).
I got my gym bag ready now. Cardio and Core day for me.
